All applicants will be charged facility reservation fees as appropriate (refer to sections and pricing below) and are expected to provide services related to event production which may include, but are not limited to, Police, Fire/EMS, Facility Maintenance, Sanitation, Environmental, and all additional permit fees including: Tents, Canopies, Generators, Fireworks, Carnival, Exhibition/Trade show.

 

Daily fees will be assessed until all event equipment is removed from State premises. Full payment is due upon receipt of final invoice.

 

Insurance must meet the state’s minimum requirements. Read the requirements.   

 

Comprehensive site plans must accompany this application. 

All events must be in accordance with A.A.C. Title 2, Chapter 11, Article 3. Please review the definitions for Special Event or Solicitation and select the appropriate type for your event.

  • “Solicitation” means any activity for the promotion, sale, advocacy or transfer of product or products, service or services, membership or memberships, or cause or causes. In addition, distribution or posting of advertisements, circulars, flyers, handbills, leaflets, posters, or other printed information for these purposes is solicitation.
  • “Special Event” or “Event” means an assembly, gathering, ceremony, press conference, demonstration, display, festival, parade, or rally conducted by a person excluding a ceremony, gathering, or press conference that is conducted by a person authorized by the head of a state agency using the agency’s own office space.
