Effective September 24, 2022, Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza (WBP) property was transferred from ADOA to the Arizona Legislative Council.

All requests for use of Wesley Bolin Plaza must go through the Arizona Legislative Council. All requests should be sent to [email protected]. For issues or concerns, their office number is (602) 926-4236. 

“Solicitation” means any activity for the promotion, sale, advocacy or transfer of product or products, service or services, membership or memberships, or cause or causes. In addition, distribution or posting of advertisements, circulars, flyers, handbills, leaflets, posters, or other printed information for these purposes is solicitation.

Free Speech Event or Small Press Conferences 

You are eligible to use the Expedited Application.

 

The expedited application is available for small press conferences or Free Speech Events. A Free Speech Event is one that is:

  • Solely expressive activity, such as march, rally, demonstration, or other activity.
  • Does not include non-expressive or commercial activity such as commercial food, sales or equipment set up on State property.
